Slow Cooked Venison

Stage 1
Hotness olive oil in a skillet over medium hotness. Mix in onion and cook until relaxed, around 3 minutes. Mix in garlic and cook 2 additional minutes until relaxed.

Stage 2
Spot venison broil into a lethargic cooker, and sprinkle with onion blend. Mix together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chile-garlic sauce, water, salt, and pepper. Pour over the venison.

Stage 3
Cover and cook on Low until delicate and presently not pink, 4 to 5 hours.
