Tomato Pork Loin Chops

Stage 1
Warmth the oil in a skillet over high warmth, and straightaway brown the pork cleaves on the two sides. Move hacks to platter, and keep warm.

Stage 2
Diminish skillet warmth to medium, and cook the onion until delicate. Blend in the sugar, stew powder, fennel, red pepper pieces, and oregano. Mix in the pureed tomatoes, water, and Worcestershire sauce, and heat to the point of boiling.

Stage 3
Return the pork cleaves to the skillet. Cover, diminish warmth to low, and cook 10 minutes. Eliminate cover, and keep cooking 15 minutes, or to wanted doneness.
