Chicken Chilaquiles

Directions Instructions Checklist

Stage 1
Preheat a stove to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Stage 2
Cook the chorizo in a skillet over medium hotness, mixing to break it into little pieces. Spot the crude chicken into the skillet with the chorizo; cook and mix the meats together until the chicken is presently not pink in the middle, around 10 minutes.

Stage 3
Spread portion of the tortilla chips over the lower part of a meal dish; top the chips with the cooked chorizo and chicken combination. Sprinkle the corn equally over the meats and layer the leftover chips over the top. Whisk together the green enchilada sauce and sharp cream in a blending bowl; pour over the highest point of the dish. Top the dish with the destroyed Monterey Jack cheddar.

Stage 4
Prepare the chilaquiles in the preheated broiler until the meal is effervescent and the chips start to brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
