Spicy Brussels Sprouts

Stage 1
Spot a liner embed into a pot, and load up with water to simply beneath the lower part of the liner. Cover, and heat the water to the point of boiling over high warmth. Add the Brussels fledglings, and season with garlic, cayenne pepper, and red pepper pieces. Recuperate, and steam to your ideal level of delicacy, around 30 minutes for extremely delicate.

Stage 2
Eliminate the Brussels sprouts from the liner and spot into a bowl. Add the green onions, mustard, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Throw until equally covered.
