Italian Sausage and Rigatoni

Stage 1
Heat a huge pot of gently salted water to the point of boiling. Cook rigatoni in the bubbling water, blending sometimes until delicate yet firm to the nibble, around 12 minutes. Channel and put in a safe spot.
