Seared Wild Salmon

 Stage 1 

Flush the salmon filets and wipe off completely with paper towels; season with ocean salt.

Stage 2

Warmth the oil in a skillet over medium-high warmth. 

Stage 3 

Tenderly lay the salmon into the hot oil with the skin side looking up and cook until the tissue side is brilliant earthy colored, 5 to 7 minutes; turn and keep cooking until the skin side is somewhat sautéed, around 5 minutes more. Eliminate the salmon from the skillet, permitting any oil to deplete from the fish once more into the dish. 

Stage 4

Eliminate the skin from the salmon filets; fry the skin in the oil staying in the skillet until firm, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve the firm skin with the salmon.
