Chicken and Rice with Cumin and Cilantro

Stage 1 

Warmth olive oil in a pot sufficiently huge to hold chicken wings in a solitary layer. Add chicken wings; cook until seared, around 8 minutes. Turn wings with utensils; cook until second side is sautéed, around 8 minutes more. Move to a bowl utilizing utensils. 

Stage 2 

Mix onions, garlic, and ginger into the drippings in the pot; cook until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Mix in rice and cumin. Add water, 1/2 cup cilantro stems, tomatoes, sriracha sauce, and salt. 

Stage 3 

Return wings to the pot. Heat stock to the point of boiling. Cover, lessen warmth to low, and stew until rice and wings are delicate, around 30 minutes. Enhancement with staying 1/2 cup cilantro stems.
