Chimichurri Turkey

Chimichurri Turkey

• 1lb. Turkey breast
• ½ cup chimichurri sauce
• ½ cup butter
• ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
• ¼ tsp. garlic powder


1. Massage the chimichurri sauce into the turkey breast, refrigerate in an
airtight container for at least a half-hour.
2. In the meantime, prepare the herbed butter. Mix the butter, parmesan, and
garlic powder, using a hand mixer if desired (this will make it extra
3. Preheat your fryer at 350°F and place a rack inside. Remove the turkey
from the refrigerator and allow it to return to room temperature for
roughly twenty minutes while the fryer warms.
4. Place the turkey in the fryer and allow it to cool for twenty minutes. Flip
and cook on the other side for a further twenty minutes.
5. Take care when removing the turkey from the fryer. Place it on a serving
dish and enjoy with the herbed butter.
