Gold Ravioli

• ½ cup panko bread crumbs
• Two teaspoons nutritional yeast
• One teaspoon dried basil
• One teaspoon dried oregano
• One teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
• ¼ cup aquafaba
• 8 ounces (227 g) ravioli
• Cooking spray


1. Cover the fry basket with aluminum foil and coat with a light brushing
of oil.
2. Press Start/Cancel. Preheat the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC).
Combine the panko bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, basil, oregano,
and garlic powder. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Put the aquafaba in a separate bowl. Dip the ravioli in the aquafaba
before coating it in the panko mixture. Spritz with cooking spray and
transfer to the fry basket. Insert the fry basket at mid position.
4. Select Air Fry, Convection, and set time to 6 minutes. Shake the fry
basket halfway.
5. Serve hot.
