Sweet And Sour Tofu

• Two teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• One tablespoon sugar
• One tablespoon soy sauce
• Three teaspoons lime juice
• One teaspoon ground ginger
• One teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ block firm tofu pressed to remove excess liquid and cut into cubes
• One teaspoon cornstarch
• Two green onions, chopped
• Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish


1. In а bowl, thoroughly combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, soy sauce,
lime juice, ground ginger, and garlic powder.
2. Cover the tofu with this mixture and leave to marinate for at least 30
3. Preheat the air fryer oven to 400ºF (204ºC).
4. Transfer the tofu to the air fryer basket, keeping any excess marinade for
the sauce.
5. Place the air fryer basket onto the baking pan and slide into Rack Position
2. Select Air Fry and set time to 20 minutes, or until crispy.
6. In the meantime, thicken the sauce with the cornstarch over medium-low
7. Serve the cooked tofu with the sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds.
