Crispy Jicama Fries

• One small jicama, peeled
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
• ¾ teaspoon chili powder
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


1. Preheat the air fryer oven to 350ºF (177ºC).
2. To make the fries, cut the jicama into matchsticks of the desired thickness.
3. In a bowl, toss them with the onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder,
and black pepper to coat. Transfer the fries into the air fryer basket.
4. Place the air fryer basket onto the baking pan and slide into Rack Position
, select Air Fry, and set time to 20 minutes, giving the basket an
occasional shake throughout the cooking process. The fries are ready
when they are hot and golden.
5. Serve immediately.
