Lamb Chops With Rosemary Sauce

• Eight lamb loin chops
• One small onion, peeled and chopped
• Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the sauce:

• One onion, peeled and chopped
• One tablespoon rosemary leaves
• 1 oz. butter
• 1 oz. plain flour
• Six fly oz. milk
• Six fly oz. vegetable stock
• Two tablespoons cream, whipping
• Salt and black pepper, to taste


1. Place the lamb loin chops and onion in a baking tray, and then drizzle
salt and black pepper on top.
2. Press “Power Button” of Air Fry Oven and turn the dial to select the
“Bake” mode.
3. Press the Time button and again turn the dial to set the cooking time to
45 minutes.
4. Now push the Temp button and rotate the dial to set the temperature at
350 degrees F.
5. Once preheated, place the lamb baking tray in the oven and close its
6. Prepare the white sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, and then stir
in onions.
7. Sauté for 5 minutes, then stir flour and stir cook for 2 minutes.
8. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
9. Pour the sauce over baked chops and serve.
