Beef & Veggie Spring Rolls

Beef & Veggie Spring Rolls

• 2-ounce Asian rice noodles
• tablespoon sesame oil
• 7-ounce ground beef
• small onion, chopped
• garlic cloves, crushed
• cup fresh mixed vegetables
• teaspoon soy sauce
• packet spring roll skins
• tablespoons water
• Olive oil, as required


1. Soak the noodles in warm water till soft.
2. Drain and cut into small lengths. In a pan, heat the oil and add the
onion and garlic and sauté for about 4-5 minutes.
3. Add beef and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
4. Add vegetables and cook for about 5-7 minutes or till cooked through.
5. Stir in soy sauce and remove from the heat.
6. Immediately, stir in the noodles and keep aside till all the juices have
been absorbed.
7. Preheat the Cuisinart air fryer oven to 350 degrees F. and preheat the
oven to 350 degrees F also.
8. Place the spring rolls skin onto a smooth surface.
9. Add a line of the filling diagonally across.
10. Fold the top point over the filling and then fold in both sides.
11. On the final point, brush it with water before rolling to seal.
12. Brush the spring rolls with oil.
13. Air Frying. Arrange the rolls in batches in the Cuisinart air fryer oven
and Cook for about 8 minutes.
14. Repeat with remaining rolls.
15. Now, place spring rolls onto a baking sheet.
16. Bake for about 6 minutes per side
